Terms of Service and (including the section regarding limitation of liability), shall survive expiration or termination.

Additionally, you allow pcipolicyportal.com the right to share your contact information with other third-party entities who may wish to market to you directly regarding products and services which may assist in your compliance efforts with PCI DSS.
9. This is a non-refundable policy document. You agree to this non-refundable policy when purchasing this document from pcipolicyportal.com.
